1. About LockLove

LockLove is an app that allows couples to send wallpapers directly to each other's lock screen.

2. Use of the Service

2.1 Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You need a compatible Android device (version 7.0 or higher)
• You must provide truthful information when registering

2.2 Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• Don't share your access with third parties
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use

2.3 Partner Connection

• You can only connect with one person at a time
• Both must voluntarily accept the connection
• You can disconnect at any time from Settings

3. Content

3.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload
• You grant us license to store and transmit your content to your partner
• This license ends when you delete the content or your account

3.2 Prohibited Content

You may not send content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
• Contains child sexual abuse material
• Infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Is threatening, harassing or discriminatory
• Contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and suspend violating accounts.

3.3 Third-Party Content

The app includes GIFs and stickers from Klipy. This content belongs to their respective owners.

4. Premium Subscription

4.1 Premium Features

Premium subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited wallpaper sends
• Video wallpapers
• Memory Wallpaper (auto-restore)
• Auto-save to gallery
• Other additional features

4.2 Payment and Renewal

• Payments are processed through Google Play or App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Price may vary by country and currency

4.3 Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your app store
• You'll keep Premium access until the end of the paid period
• No refunds for partial periods

4.4 Shared Premium

When one member of the couple has Premium, both enjoy the benefits while connected.

5. Intellectual Property

• LockLove, its design, logo and brand are our property
• You may not copy, modify or distribute the app
• We respect third-party intellectual property

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The service is provided "as is"

We don't guarantee that:

• The service will be available uninterruptedly
• Wallpapers will be delivered instantly
• The service will be error-free

6.2 Exclusions

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss due to technical failures
• Content sent between users
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Problems caused by your device or connection

6.3 Maximum Limit

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Content you upload or send
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of third-party rights

8. Modifications

8.1 Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend or discontinue service features. We will notify you of significant changes with reasonable notice.

8.2 Terms Modifications

We may update these terms. Changes will take effect upon publication. Continued use implies acceptance.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You can stop using LockLove and delete your account at any time from Settings.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these terms
• You use the service fraudulently
• You don't pay for your subscription (for Premium features)

10. General Provisions

10.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Barcelona courts will have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.

10.3 Severability

If any clause is invalid, the others remain in effect.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign the service to third parties.
