1. About LockLove

LockLove is an app that lets partners send wallpapers directly to each other's lock screen.

2. Use of the service

2.1 Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You need a compatible Android device (version 7.0 or above)
• You must provide truthful information when registering

2.2 Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• Do not share your access with third parties
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use

2.3 Connecting with your partner

• You may only connect with one person at a time
• Both parties must voluntarily accept the connection
• You can disconnect at any time from Settings

3. Content

3.1 Your content

• You retain ownership of the photos and videos you upload
• You grant us a licence to store and transmit your content to your partner
• This licence ends when you delete the content or your account

3.2 Prohibited content

You must not send content that:

• Is illegal or promotes illegal activity
• Contains child sexual abuse material
• Infringes third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Is threatening, harassing or discriminatory
• Contains malware or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and suspend offending accounts.

3.3 Third-party content

The app includes GIFs and stickers from Klipy. This content belongs to their respective owners.

4. Premium subscription

4.1 Premium features

The Premium subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited wallpaper sends
• Video wallpapers
• Memory Wallpaper (automatic restoration)
• Automatic saving to gallery
• Other additional features

4.2 Payment and renewal

• Payments are processed through Google Play or the App Store
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed
• Price may vary depending on your country and currency

4.3 Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time from your app store
• You will retain Premium access until the end of the paid period
• There are no refunds for partial periods

4.4 Shared Premium

When one partner has Premium, both benefit from the features while they are connected.

5. Intellectual property

• LockLove, its design, logo and branding are our property
• You may not copy, modify or distribute the app
• We respect third-party intellectual property rights

6. Limitation of liability

6.1 The service is provided "as is"

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be available without interruption
• Wallpapers will be delivered instantly
• The service will be error-free

6.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Loss of data due to technical failures
• Content sent between users
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Problems caused by your device or connection

6.3 Maximum limit

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Content you upload or send
• Breach of these terms
• Infringement of third-party rights

8. Modifications

8.1 To the service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the service. We will notify you of significant changes with reasonable notice.

8.2 To these terms

We may update these terms. Changes will take effect when posted. Continued use implies acceptance.

9. Termination

9.1 By you

You may stop using LockLove and delete your account at any time from Settings.

9.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You breach these terms
• You use the service fraudulently
• You do not pay the subscription (for Premium features)

10. General provisions

10.1 Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

10.2 Jurisdiction

The courts of Barcelona shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.

10.3 Severability

If any clause is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign the service to third parties.
