Delete my account
If you want to delete your LockLove account, you have two options:

Option 1: From the app (Recommended)
The quickest way is to do it directly from the app:
- Open LockLove
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap "Delete account"
- Confirm by typing "DELETE"
Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request by email
If you can't access the app, send us an email to:
hello@locklove.appInclude in the subject: "Account deletion request"
In the body of the email, please state: - The email address associated with your LockLove account - Confirmation that you wish to delete your account
We will process your request within a maximum of 14 working days.
Which data will be deleted?
When you delete your account, the following will be permanently erased:
- Your profile (name, photo, email address)
- All the lock screen wallpapers you've sent
- Your favourites history
- Your connection with your partner
- Your preferences and settings
- Your Premium subscription (if you have one)
This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account or any of your data.
