There are a few ways to connect:

If you're together: One of you generates a code in "Share code," the other scans it with the QR or types it in manually. The code lasts 10 minutes.

If you're apart: Generate a "Remote invite" that lasts 7 days. Share it over WhatsApp or text.

The code format is LOVE-XXXXXX (6 characters).

It's your unique pairing code. The 6 characters after "LOVE-" are the actual code. Share it with your partner to connect your devices.

No, each code can only be used once. If you need to reconnect, just generate a new code.

Ephemeral codes (when you're together) only last 10 minutes. If you're apart, use a "Remote invite" which lasts 7 days.

No, LockLove is for couples. You can only have one active connection. To connect with someone else, you first need to disconnect in Settings.

You need to set up the live wallpaper:

1. Open LockLove
2. Go to Settings > Couple Zone
3. Turn on "Live Wallpaper"
4. Follow the instructions for your device

1. Tap the "+" button on the main screen
2. Choose "Photo" or "Video"
3. Use the editor to add text, stickers, drawings, or GIFs
4. Preview and send

Make sure your partner has:

- Notifications enabled
- The live wallpaper set up

Yes, but you both need:

- The live wallpaper set up
- The video trimmed to a maximum of 10 seconds

Free plan: Daily/weekly send limit
Premium: Unlimited sends

It's a Premium feature that lets you choose your favorite wallpaper. When you receive a wallpaper from your partner, you'll see it for the time you pick (instant, 5s, 10s, 30s, 1 min) and then it automatically goes back to your favorite one.

With Premium you can turn on "Save received to gallery" in Settings. Wallpapers will be saved automatically to your device.

Go to Settings > Language. Available in: Español, English, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Português.

Go to Settings > Theme. You can choose: System (follows your device), Light, or Dark.

This Premium feature turns your screen on automatically when you receive a wallpaper from your partner, so you don't miss it.

Yes! When one of you buys Premium, you both get all the benefits.

Go to Settings and tap "Restore purchases." If you changed devices, this will recover your subscription.

Subscriptions are managed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Go to the subscription settings in your store.

Go to Settings > Couple Zone > "Disconnect." This action can't be undone and will delete all shared wallpapers.

Go to Settings and tap "Delete account." You'll need to confirm by typing "DELETE." This will permanently delete:

- All your data and wallpapers
- Your connection with your partner
- Your LockLove account

Wallpapers stay in your account, but your partner will lose access to them. If you delete your account, everything is permanently erased.

No, deletion is permanent and complies with GDPR. All data is erased from our servers.

Your partner already has an active connection with someone else. They need to disconnect first in Settings > Couple Zone > Disconnect.

You're trying to use your own code. Share the code with your partner so they can be the one to enter it.

You've reached the send limit of the free plan. Wait for the next period or upgrade to Premium for unlimited sends.

Check that:

- You both have an internet connection
- Your partner has notifications turned on
- Your partner has the live wallpaper set up

Some devices limit apps in the background. Go to Device settings > Apps > LockLove > Battery and turn off battery optimization.
