Delete my account
If you want to delete your LockLove account, you have two options:

Option 1: From the app (Recommended)
The fastest way is to do it directly from the app:
- Open LockLove
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap "Delete account"
- Confirm by typing "DELETE"
Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request by email
If you can't access the app, email us at:
hello@locklove.appInclude in the subject: "Account deletion request"
In the body of the email, please include: - The email associated with your LockLove account - Confirmation that you want to delete your account
We will process your request within 14 business days.
What data is deleted?
When you delete your account, the following will be permanently erased:
- Your profile (name, photo, email)
- All wallpapers you've sent
- Your favorites history
- Your connection with your partner
- Your preferences and settings
- Your Premium subscription (if you have one)
This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account or your data.
